I came across this at Darknet Consulting today and decided that it was worthy of reposting here. It’s a pretty good introduction to Metasploit, but you probably wont learn anything new if you’ve used Metasploit in the past.

Here are two more resources for Metasploit that are more in depth. These would be geared more to those who have experience with Metasploit and want to delve deeper into the framework.
The first is from IronGeek. The video is from a 7 hour class that took place on May 8, 2010. It’s split up into 6 parts. It can be found here:

The second is from Offensive Security and probably the best documentation that you’re going to find regarding Metasploit. This is a *must read* for anyone who wants to really learn the ins and outs of Metasploit.
